Where is spring?

Seeing as Baltimore wants to be Alaska for some odd reason I've been perusing sites all day just day dreaming about wearing the most comfortable, easily chic outfit,  spending my day eating amazing food, sitting outside smoking a dub and not getting home till at least 2 am. At this point it's March and you're tired of layers,coats, snow, wind,and freezing your ass off. So I wanted to give you all some hope and help you get your wheels spinning for spring looks.
