Hello stylish folks! So this will be my last style post until October. No I’m not quitting blogging or styling, and I will have post throughout September but just not as many personal outfit posts. I’m taking some time to re-vamp my blog and truly create what I want people to see when they look through the eyes of J Alex.

So this look was really simple. I feel like the palette of the rose pink and burgundy are a perfect complement to each other. I wanted to show another “dressier” look since I’m more of a converse/vans type of girl. My other favorite part of this outfit is the pearls, ahh the pearls! I haven’t worn pearls in forever. I just feel like every woman should own a pair, whether they are faux or authentic. This chic and girly look is one I do not sport often but I’ve found myself gradually feeling “girly” enough to step out my comfort zone LOL. As always I hope this post offers you some inspo! Trillectro Inspo!

Hola stylish people! So it’s that time of year again!! The summer is full of so many festivals and events but now it’s time for my one of my fav’s..TRILLECTRO! Every year I look forward to August to go to DC and let loose and see some of my favorite artist. This year I’m looking forward to over course seeing my soul sister Sza and my ratchet cousins aka Migos lol. Anyway I wanted to come with some different looks you could wear to the festival. So I came up 5 totally different looks for 5 totally different girls.  I feel like each look is so functionable to wear throughout the day and offers some keen versatility. relax chic

Hello everyone!!! It’s been another long week of working, ripping and running! My apologies for posting this so late in the week. I’ve been trying to find my balance between working and blogging and deciding exactly where I want to take my blogging.  It sounds like an easy task but when you want to do so much it can be hard. But anyway this week I wanted to post a more “dressy” look. Now besides the sandal this looks is one I could see myself dressing up with a sleek nude pump. I love the contrast of the blue checkered top with the hunter green skirt. All my looks I’ve posted in the past couple of weeks have been pretty laid back so I figured it was time to switch it up.
